Probably lots of fixes coming (hopefully it really fixes the issues).
I was so happy that the integration was flawless for me, and now my mileage balance makes no sense. I am missing a 3/10 flight, my 3/13 flight in H has been posted as Z, but the miles did not show up in the total (and the summary is a mess). Segments have been updated though... I have all the screenshots pre and post integration, but I will wait a few days to see what happens before calling MP
