Checking in on the mobile app for a flight tomorrow (which also has my girlfriend on the same reservation #). Checked in myself, no option for mobile boarding pass - asks me to email or fax (which entirely defeats the purpose of using the app for me), I then go in and check her in on my phone just to see what sort of errors I've come to expect from UA. Her mobile boarding pass now shows on my device.

I have already sent my letter into AA asking for a status match. After my trip tomorrow and a ORD-AMS-ORD trip the following week already booked, I am going to say bye bye to UA. Well on my way to GS this year (over $25k in C and F flown through mid-March), but I have no interest in sticking around for the "benefits".
Switching airlines over mobile boarding passes? Wow. Now that's a first world problem
