There isn't a problem within the window because the system does not work that way. It only runs at the windows.
I guess what I am trying to say is that if there is availability at the windows and CPU doesn't process, then that is a problem. If there is space within a window, then it is not a problem because the system only runs at windows.
Say it however you wish...the CPUs are NOT occurring for GS, Premier 1K, Premier Plat, Premier Gold, Premier Silver
whenever the sweeps occur.
Please go reread the rest of my posts in this case study so you can "understand" the problem...don't just respond to one post. I have checked the inventories just before each 24 hour time for each subsequent Premier level and there has been RN9. As a 1K, I should have been upgraded with a CPU at 96 hours. Other Premier members should have also been upgraded at their times.
