I happened to query this when I was working with the agent to correct my (ON) segments. She went away to clarify, and came back to tell me that yes, all I needed to do was call and withdraw the GPU and it would be redeposited back into my account.
No mention was made of there needing to be the original fare class available. But, that is a good point,
demkr, that I will raise the next time I call the 1K line. Thanks for drawing my attention to that question.
