They checked me in fine using just the ticket. Apparently there is a system issue that requires them to enter it manually right now. Huge backup entering the club. Managers were all huddled around the screens. Not much they could do on this end.
Same issue at ORD United Club C17 today. There was a manager hudled around 2 agents. They asked me for 10 digit UA # after looking at my boarding pass and asking "who are you *Gold with?" my reply: "you"
