We can hope and pray, but not likely in the short-term...PMCO had a very manual process for getting missing *A flights posted. Have to email or fax (yes, fax) in your ticket and (most difficult for many) boarding passes. And it's by no means a quick process.
The new UA.com is highly functional in many areas, but this definitely is not one of them.
