(You're right that, in a court of law, I would have no basis for a lawsuit. Given the small number of first seats left, perhaps the CPU process is not yet being allocated any?
They may hold several seats for instruments (RPU, GPU, or miles) or last-minute sales.
It's always been this way, even on PMUA. Seeing N available F seats did not mean that any or all of them were given over to complimentary upgrades within the 120, 96, ... windows for GS, 1K, etc.
What am I missing?
