Do you remember when you got the targeted offer for the PRG? My only worry would be it could change with the beginning of a new month. My "special offers" seemed to always change from one month to the next, sometimes within the same month.
My guess is you're probably going to have to call Chase to get the SWA card approved anyways, you may as well get this show on the road!
If you want to wait though, that's fine.
