Overall more comfortable and less stressful? Sure. But neither cheaper nor faster.
I'd rather spend 2.5 hours working productively than spending the same amount of time going through security, spending time in the lounge, then on board, etc. IMO. The train is a lot less stressful. I sit down, and I start working.
