I contacted Delta about the special and here are the prices ex USA

24000 SKY5 $3250 plus taxes and fuel surcharges for economy
$7999 plus taxes and fuel surcharges for business

29000 SKY3 $4569 plus taxes and fuel surcharges booked in L class
$7999 plus taxes and fuel surcharges booked in S class

I would like to hear the prices from other countries but seems this information is not readily avaliable.
