Great thinking. It is a good time to meet that min. spend. And I can confirm from experience that Chase has been good about bumps.
If you need some help with meeting your minimum spend come check out my blog - I have a page called RESOURCES and if you scroll down the page you'll come to the "Ways to Meet Minimum Spend" link. You'll love it. It's long and tons of creative ways. Check it out and if you have more questions, just shoot me an email.

If my wife were to get the card she could probably meet the spend in 3 weeks instead of 3 months. I hate shopping and other than filling my car with gas and picking up a gallon of milk, upon request, I never go into a store. If it were up to me I'd still be wearing my bellbottoms from college. Additionally I figured if they did come out with a higher points bonus I could always send a SM asking for the point bump. I applied this morning, was instantly approved and should receive the card within 2 weeks. Now I have to figure out how to meet the spend.
