It's funny because yesterday as I was rereading my post I came up with the same answer. I contacted CITI and added my wife as an authorized user. I was wondering how long it would take for someone to suggest that. Now I have to figure out how to get the card back after we meet the spend.

I was not aware that CITI would not do the bump. Good info for next time.
