In response the bags being marked as special items when they are free, we will see what is going on. As I mentioned before we have a release in the works now that will allow for paying for bags and with the revised flow there shouldn't be an issue with special bags.
I didn't think about reporting this, because I didn't think that this was an issue connected to the Android app. However, I know that this has popped up a few times recently for me. Usually it doesnt occur, but did happen on an itinerary out of MSN in August. If it is happening other times, the agents are saying anything...
