If you look at their nutritional info chart, nearly all of their burgers, chicken, sandwiches, etc are over the top high in sodium. The steaks are more reasonable (being under 1,000 mg per serving) Sadly, a majority of chain restaurants, institutional places, hospitals, airline caterers, and especially grade school through high school kitchens are going this route as well. It's less labor, less thought, and IMO less creative. In the long run, we will all pay for it via obesity, hypertension, and other health issues. Salt/sodium acts as a preservative, which is helpful, but this is going to far and is absurd.
Its gotten so adopted.. how do you avoid it?
I'm looking into ways to improve my diet and food intake.. but everywhere you turn, its gotten to the point its saturated.
I agree, society needs to reevaluate what needs to be done to reverse the facts of obesity.. I'm not obese, but am looking at ways to improve my health..
