What in the name of all that is airlines has the OP done wrong in this instance? What exactly is the absolute proper minute that one is allowed to get in line? What is wrong in making mention that people are wearing wacko/weirdo clothes? (Who do you know that wears jean shorts, come on.) What is wrong with mentioning manners?
If someone took off their smelly shoes I would probably mention it to them but if I was stuck in the seat and had to ask them to move and they huffed and puffed I would have had to say about that too.
Yes this is a forum for people that fly, and all aspects of flying should be fair fame, including people with poor choices in clothing, comments on someone asking your seat assignment, standing in line and taking off your shoes if your feet smell.
I am checking into Flyer Talk less and less as most of the threads involve "only talk about flying First Class", only talking about your status being demeaned by golds and plats and "lets just drown the silvers", my "perfect airline" will never be the same as the "worst airline in the world" is being merged", and why do other people line up to get on the plane when everyone knows I am the only person allowed to line up on the carpet? Yes, that is a run on sentence.
Geez, people are you all that important? I thought Flyer Talk was for people that like to fly, not the elite bunch that hate the people who are not in their "status". Why not just create a forum for those people that are just not as good as "us".
Yes it seems the Elites here have become just like the DYKWIA kettle types.
