It's hit and miss as far as being a time saver. At ORD, MIA, LGA, EWR, LAX, SFO and MDW (when it is being enforced) it is always a time saver. Sometimes at LAS and DCA the regular line is just as short as the first class line and if the line isn't being enforced at DTW on the parking bridge level, sometimes the regular line is faster than the premium line.
