Everything should match. So either book in the passport name, or get the passport changed. If there are credit cards and the rest in a name, they should match too in case somebody asks for an ID with the credit card (though that probably won't happen)
We took off for our honeymoon just a day or so after our wedding..
The registry would not change the names on my wife's documents until after she said yes.. so obviously without anytime to change the documents, we left everything in my wife's maiden name until we got back..
