You can get jerks as drivers; you can get gems as drivers. What you spend doesn't guarantee you what type of driver you'll get. What I look for is on-time and competent.

I've never experienced jerky drivers on any of the services I've used. I like Dial 7 because it's more comfortable than a taxi and less expensive than one too when you get the coupon codes. I don't need to be met at the airport. It's easy to call the dispatcher when I arrive and then to be told where to meet the driver outside. The cars are clean and nice. But they're not stretch limos.

But if you require the driver to meet you inside holding a placard with your name on it, then hire a firm that will do it. But pay more including parking fees.
