Anytime I've been overseas. I think it's technically hour dourves. But we made it a full dinner almost every day. Always had salad & fruit. And 2 hot dishes. One day it was chicken and beef pot pies (not full size, but if you eat 15 of them, it's no different than a full size). In china it was dim sum and that's easily a full dinner. etc...
