Okay I have what's probably a dumb question. I just used the app for the first time to check in for my flights. It checked me in just fine and I get a message that says "You are now checked in. Go to a kiosk to print your boarding pass." There's no sign of a mobile boarding pass on my phone that I can see. Where do I look for the mobile boarding pass?
What was the route? I would need to double check with the developers, but I believe that the first leg needs to be a city the supports

The other consideration is how many passengers were being checked in. In a multi passenger scenario you need to check them in one at a time to get mobile boarding passes. In an upcoming release there will be a message in the check in flow to alert multi passenger itineraries to this requirement.
