This is odd. I've never heard of any of the major limo companies refusing to go to Brooklyn, which
may not be legal. (It certainly would not be legal for a yellow cab to do so.)
In addition to Dial 7, I have taken
Carmel , a/k/a 666-6666 to my home in Brooklyn.
Please note that as many members of this forum who swear
by these two companies, there are an equal number who swear
at them.
You can always ask the hotel for the name of the company they use.
N.B. there is sometimes an extra charge for an SUV or a van.
When I take a car service from home, I call one of the neighborhood ones but I would not gamble on them having a car at the airport when you arrive. Also, the ride may be a bit too much excitment for you.
