I liked CO's management style prior to coming over to UA, and I look forward to seeing the combined airline. It sounds like E+ will stick around, (which was the main reason for my going to UA.)
Perhaps after the merger pain, CO's style of employee relations will raise morale on the UA side. It was the one thing that always depressed me about United. Nothing like hearing time and time again, from the guy manipulating your ticket, how much they hate the company they work for.
