Maybe Hyatt could do a promotion opposite of what Starwood used to do with its phone line and website (if Starwood's phone lines were too busy...you could book online and get 500 Starpoints). But for Hyatt...it could be....if our website is down/too-busy/maintenance....please call xxxxxxx and receive 500 points with your booking!
Just imagine all the points we could get!
