Again people, the
change fees are
half that of much of the competition (for non-elites) in the
worst case. "Simple" changes are free outside 21 days. And CO has a very good waitlist system where if you don't find the flights you want, you can book what they have and waitlist for an alternative day/time/routing and not have to pay when the new itinerary clears (which it often does). I'm not sure which other airlines offer this, I'm pretty sure AA does not.
