E+ (if $misek feels generous), better food on board in coach now (though it costs $), confirmed regionals, SWUs (less than a year old), whole new set of Asian routes, lots of domestic widebodies, PS routes/planes, C9, better food in lounges, (for many) elimination of cheap M/B = more EUA, etc. - think CO flyers are actually doing pretty well here all things considered
