Stunningly well informed crew. Pretty much dead on. It's very difficult for them-- they've been the most professional men and women in the industry for years, and they are getting forced together with another carrier.

No doubt. CO brings nothing to the table that a UA flyer couldn't have gotten through the previous partnership arrangement.
