What is it with NYC car services? I have tried to book with Limores (via FT's contact) and he failed to respond after an initial "please provide your e-mail" - which I did. I then e-mailed Bigapplecar and no answer from them....frustrating. I arrive at EWR this lunchtime with no car booked. This has been going on for a couple of days now. Advice please? Thanks.
Sorry you've had so much trouble! I always book by phone. These companies all have toll-free numbers you can call from any public phone (in case you happen to be carrying a mobile that's not good for US calls). You can also try booking via the websites.
