Nope, lived in MSP most of my life. However, I just spent several weeks in ATL and where is mistakenly thought that it would be WARMER than Minnesota. Silly me, packed a raincoat rather than a winter coat. I found it especially miserable because ATL seems to be in denial that it is ever cold there. Waiting for the Marta in a wind swept station with no over head heaters, not my idea of fun. In MSP we have heated bus shelters, skyways, heated car seats and all kinds of other innovations (like outdoor football ???) that make winter bearable.
