100K EQM in 2010 - earns 4 SWUs valid on any fare. Need restricted R class availability, valid from time the 4 SWUs post until 2/29/12.
100K EQM in 2011 - earns 6 SWUs on higher fare codes only. R class availability is still a requirement. These need to be used one year from date issued.
