Conceivably it is because they have no way in 2011 of tracking accrued UA revenue. Hm. Nope, that wouldn't make sense, because they still have to know when to issue the award.
Maybe there were too many issues with the numbers that were posted, & it was easier to close that customer service issue!

I imagine that this is also in line with the tracking complications, and what info. CO/UA choose to make available to its customers on the website(s)!
