I've only found one tolerable Tex-Mex restaurant outside of Texas: El Taco Tote. El Taco Tote has restaurants in Texas, Mexico, and Arizona (possibly a couple of others). El Taco Tote is kind of a fresh, fast-food with salsa bar concept, more prevalent in South Texas. I drive 25 miles to get there!!
