Like I said upthread, for some reason having a hamburger at TGI Friday's is OK for a lot of people, but make it a McDonald's QPC and it's somehow evil. Even though the Friday's burger is bigger and likely has twice the calories and fat....

McDonald's would not advertise their meat as 100% USDA Grade A beef unless it was. Period.
I still don't trust any fast food place.

That weight loss is fantastic! I am following a high protein-low carb program. I am about 15 pounds from where I want to be. the RDs will start to "re-feed" me. WW is a great program. I don't eat out a lot, just sushi places for the most part. Shashimi is more like it (without the rice. I have never been a huge burger fan. My downfall was Italian pasta and sweets.

My main goal was to rid my self of insulin, meds, and diabetes. Time will only tell.... Again congrats on your accomplishment.
