It is possible to change a baby in the lav without a changing table. If the kid is at least five or six months old he/she can probably stand on the seat cover with your support. I've done it.

Are you contending that a Southwest passenger is more likely to do something disgusting than a United or Delta passenger in coach? Or that there are no boors in first class?
