I received my first statement spend points, but no bonuses (10k, or 20k), yet. I confirmed that I am to recieve the 30k bonus with AmX and was quoted the 8-12 weeks. So I'm sitting in SPG point limbo.
If you didn't even get the spend points, I would contact them. If its just the bonus, they won't do anything for you until after 12 weeks.
