If you were seated in Rows 1-10 on a Midwest flight, you can now look at seats beginning at row 9 or 10 depending on the aircraft.
However, I did encounter a "friendly" CSR who was able to leave me in row five on one of my flights.
Give them a few days until the dust settles and try again. I seemed to get the impression it was all about what dates your travel was. Certain times, they had to move me. Others, you were able to retain the same seats.
