To what extent would always requiring a new BP with the new Y assignment cut down on GA Shenanigans?
I cannot say for sure that someone wasnt moved back but if it happened it never occurred in the system. If the GA moved someone back without reassigning seats then its possible that this happened but it never showed up in the system.

I'm not a DL employee contrary to peoples popular belief. My partner is the one who works for DL. We are the people on the forum who prefer to have an open honest and non hostile discussion instead of character assassinations which appear to be your modus operandi.
