The relationship between diamond club numbers being on the boarding cards and whether the miles post or not is one that has always baffled me though. There seems to be no correlation between the two!
I don't think it does, it's just arbritrary. My wife is only blue and I am silver, yet all her miles posted no problem and I have none at all. Both our numbers appeared on the boarding passes
I sent the boarding passes and form I had last week and called the useless call centre who claimed they don't have anything (they didn't seem to have a clue what I was on about).
Getting fed up about this. DC really should have a better system and a call centre that's more useful than a chocolate teapot.
