Rather than start a new thread I figure I'll ask here. If the FAs do go on strike what would CX's gameplan be? Use non-HK based staff? So can I assume my JFK-HKG flight will be staffed by a bunch of last minute add-ons? Also, will it be significantly understaff (say only 2 FA per cabin)?

Just wondering if any long-term veterans here have experience FA strike before and can give some tips on what to expect.

Also, this "work by rules" protest, will it be a horrific pain in the butt on the pax? Again tips and expectations?

Traveling in 2 days with 2 clients and really nervous....
