Oh my gosh, this is so weak... I hope there's another side to this story. CX didn't send it to them? What kind of lame excuse is that? Especially with today's technology, emails, etc. My goodness.....
Oh, and I love the threat of "working by the rules" - they will enforce the rules to the T and make the pax life horrible. Doesn't win any of my sympathy with this kind of threats....
