The cookie not only allows customers to enjoy some comfort food on a flight, it also allows for more revenue from selling the bake at home version at Sendiks in Milwaukee and the Hen House in Kansas City. Not sure why a company would drop a revenue generator not only through a customer purchasing choice but also the revenue from retail sales.
When I look out the window at the gate I can't see any animals on the tails due to the planes positioning all I see is a tube with wings just like all the other planes sitting. How am i going to remember something I can't see? If you don't live in a larger Frontier market then you will not see any of their commercials with the animals, which will not allow a potential customer the chance to have a name recognition or connect with their marketing gimmick.
