I've stayed in both Mega and Studio Suite rooms. There is an opening between the room and the bathroom that is covered with a kind of thick mesh screen with a print on both sides - so it's pretty opaque, but when someone is in the bathroom with the light on, you can definitely see through (although the toilet is in a separate room with a real solid door. Definitely not the privacy of a traditional closed bathroom.
