This guy either has an axe to grind or desires attention. I've never seen an AA flight attendant behave that way one time, let alone "for years now".

This individual writes what appears to me to be a third-rate blog composed of his rants and complaints about almost everything. Couple that with the fact that he also seems to be a fan of the
"fake Dave Hill effect" (the real Dave Hill effect can be seen
here), and I'd take everything he says with a very large pinch of salt.
