Uhh, what about that crucial detail about your beef with flying US airlines?

Since SFO-LAX and SFO-MIA seem out of the question, you could also fly SFO-CDG-EZE on AF, perhaps SFO-SYD-EZE on QF, or even SFO-ICN-LAX-GRU on KE and then catch a quick flight from Sampa on various other airlines...
