Try checking in for CO 50/51 some time. With the number of connections and the fact that it is widebodies the SEQ number can be significantly higher.
The time I took 51 IAH-EZE Mrs. ralfp & I got Seq. 497 & 496. Of course we only checked in at T-4h or so (right after getting the reward ticket).
I still sometimes get seq. 1 w/o Auto-Checkin (never used it), last about a month ago on a 6:!5am MKE-EWR flight.
