I have noticed something, now that Kip has made his exit and Gale is running the show the TSA seems more geared towards spinning than discussion. Understand Gale is a career bureaucrat that is in a position that is not appointed. As long as she can keep Nappy happy she is safe, until the new Kip comes onboard. There is good reason for Gale's caution. The early line on Secretary Napolitano is that when she is told that someone has made a decision she disagrees with, or has made a mistake, her first response is "fire the bas***d.
