OZ requires 40k in 24 months for qualification and the status is valid for 24+a months. As
A_Lee mentioned already, the status can be valid anywhere between 24 months and 48 months depending when one qualifies OZ*G. Hence I think it's a trashy program. OZ*G and TK*G are the two most undeserving *Gs.
