I take the point but, how about you have bought the burger and they keep it warm for you, but they won't let you eat it when you are hungry?
Or, you pay one branch of McDonalds for a premium burger and they say you can collect it from another branch at your convinience, but when you do you get given a turd in a bun, whilst you sit and watch the manager eat your burger.
Perhaps you could explain the point at which you would complain when you paid £15K for two AONE5 and A class availability became so limited you couldn't use them (granted that is not entirely the case here).
I repeat, my point is that they offer no A class availability to customers on a key route SYD-SIN-LHR who have already (arguably) purchased the right to travel F.
There should be some (granted minimal) A class availability. As I said it ain't Concorde.
