Btw, R9 F4 does not mean that there are 13 seats available. There could be anywhere between 9 and 14 seats available.
Currently, there's 14/14 available, and perhaps as a sign of hope QF at least has A-class setup for allowing waitlist on this flight. Just keep your eyes out in a few months
