Isn't the transportation of more than a certain amount of cigarettes across state lines considered a federal crime? And state-level crimes? (I'm not a lawyer, but a quick Googling revealed a great many references to the illegality of transporting large amounts of cigarettes across state lines.)
I agree with the poster who said that FT should not be involved with advertising cigarette prices, especially given that we have underage members here.
