The IKEA is one light rail stop away from PDX. Hop off the train, walk about 10 minutes and the cinnamon goodness is waiting for you. You'd probably have to run all the way back to the airport to work off the calories.

My friends in SEA eat there all the time. I had never been in one before and asked to go one night. On the way there, their 7 and 4 year old kids threw a fit because they weren't hungry and didn't want to go to the huge blue restaurant. The meatballs were pretty good but I'm a bit sad that I didn't have some lefse.
